Bro second half of 4.6 is Wanderer and Baizhu. 4.7 drip marketing is already here with Clorinde and Siegwinne. So the last two slots are for characters that haven’t have their first rerun yet like Xianyun, Navia, Wriothesley, Furina and such. Doubtful the General Mahamatrhaha will rerun especially when he already reran in 4.2

I think you should save. If there's another region-specific Chronicled Wish coming up and it's Liyue, that could be big with Hu Tao, Shenhe, Yun Jin (for geo), and Yaoyao (constellations). Not to mention, you'll need to save up soon for an electro polearm, and think there's only Cyno and Raiden for that.
C2 isn't that good, because you have to set the team up anyway, so it's only good if you're running solo Arlecchino. Imo, you should save the guaranteed for a character like Raiden or Zhongli

You made a mistake ascending that early.
Coming from an Arle main: her cons are far from necessary. I pulled her C0 and her signature and she's still hitting for 100-150k in an Overload team, with no cons or anything. And despite my team being with Bennett and Fischl, they're easily replaceable with Raiden (pretty much a necessity to proc Overloaded since Cyno's electro application cannot be done off-field unlike Raiden) and someone like Thoma or Xiangling. The other character is pretty obvious, Chevreuse is a must-have to buff the damage once you get her.
In short no, don't go for C2. It's better to save for Raiden rather than go for constellations, since Arle Vaporize is pretty much impossible considering the only available hydro unit is Candace and her main way of hydro application is through her burst and NAs, which will just be overriden by Arle's pyro infusion and you wouldn't be able to proc it constantly. The only other option is Melt with Rosaria & Mika perhaps, but right now u have neither of them.

Arlecchino’s weapon isn’t a good investment for an f2p cuz of the passive that doesn’t benefit anyone other than her so I guess C2.

I really, really recommend you to not pull for constellations yet. At the moment, you need more characters in total. All of them will rerun in the future; so I'd say try to get every single one and when you have eight characters and one of every element, you can focus on constellations, but don't forget the weapons. But just pull for a weapon, when you have enough primogems saved to get the one you want 100%, that would be 240 wishes (38.400 primogems), if you are really unlucky.
Go for other characters. You need Electro to complete Inazuma and there is no 4 star Electro polearm yet

Save for more characters. You'll need them to progress the count, and a c2 arlecchino won't do much else besides be strong on one side of abyss. you need two teams, so more characters are better
