I figured it out... Go to that End place then let the ender dragon give you a path out then... kill the... ender dragon... then... kill an ender man and go back and then ender pearl out then walk over there! Probably easier just to do the grey block thing...

Ok so when you get to the colored wool the one that sends you to the ender you could possibly KILL an ender man with the diamond sword and armor. I never played it but hope it's useful for you. -LINK

Remember the gray wool gives you an insane jump boost way over the barrier blocks so you could hit W and try to make it to the real finish area of the map.
Man, I played that map, though it look me a couple minutes to figure it out, but what you do is go on the grey carpet at the end and then run In-game ofc and land in the water, I managed to win the map though
