Oh Bev as I was sitting enjoying your video with my morning coffee you brought out your quiet basket and as you pulled out the kaleidoscope, it brought back a forgotten memory for me. we had something similar to the glass tube filled with stars and moons which my son would watch for hours as a baby. I think it was just plastic with no value but he loved it. He is now grown with babies of his own. I am now on a mission to see if I still have this in my home somewhere so his babies can enjoy it. I'm an apartment manager for a senior complex of 47 apartments. They are all different personalities, wants and needs. Some more needy than others. Everyday is an 'adventure'. I get so much pleasure and delight when I watch your videos that I bless myself with them at the end of my day❤ You are not only very creative and resourceful But also gifted and blessed. Love what you’ve done with that little corner. That’s a great cabinet and I’ll have to look it up. I have a quiet box (actually a small chest) full of wonderful things from my father and my grandfather however it’s under my bed. I think maybe I need to bring it out and look things over again. I have a little vintage mileage map gizmo is all I can think of calling it. In the old days when we had paper maps you would place it at your starting point and roll it across the map to your end point and it will tell you how many miles it is to your destination. Obviously we don’t use these anymore but it reminds me of our trips from Chicago to California when I was seven and eight years old. Thanks for another great video by the way my husband likes the piano music that you used last time instead of this one 😁
