Hi everyone, I’m Jonathan , the director of the film Seven Days in Silence, which is premiering virtually at the Miami Jewish Film Festival, and is the basis for this conversation. A huge thanks to Rabbi Efrat for leading such an insightful discussion in this panel. I'm really curious to hear from you all - have you ever tried meditation or attended a retreat? How did this conversation and possibly watching the film shape your views on these experiences? I'm particularly interested in thoughts about spending seven days in silence or exploring retreats within the Jewish context. Your insights and experiences would be greatly valued.
