Well, I don't know the Browns' attendance numbers, but clearly a lot of people think football is more important than Watson's baggage. For the record, other franchises do this too; Tyreek Hill in KC and Miami is a good example. But Hill plays good, so those fans get to ignore his baggage.

@@anthonyphillips7642 No. I observed television coverage of the injury and the context in which the cheering occurred that immediately upon Deshaun Watson sustaining that injury. Then I applied prior knowledge of Cleveland’s QB situation, including Watson’s contract, his on-field performance, and his character reputation in the community. From there, I attributed the strange phenomenon of a home crowd cheering for an injury (to its own player, no less) and ascribed to the spectators that the object of their derision was injured player. After all, the cheering was for an outcome of an event. Had the true subject here been the GM, we would have heard booing that did not directly coincide with a player injury. Fan hatred of the GM preceded Watson’s injury and removal from the field. In this instance, the intervening event was Deshaun Watson’s injury. Fan hatred of management and ownership of a franchise is an ordinary and inextricable part of the NFL experience. Injuries are also an ordinary and inextricable part of the NFL experience. Yet, cheering player injuries from within the stadium is an exceedingly rare and noteworthy occurrence. Accordingly, there no sound logical basis to infer that the cheering was really towards a hatred of a GM, as opposed to a group expression of a visceral frustration with the injured player. If I’m wrong, the proof will be in all the other instances in which a perpetually frustrated Cleveland Browns fanbase cheered player injuries from the stands.
@@anthonyphillips7642 Watson was booed by his home crowd when he entered the field. Booing is the communicative means by which crowds express dissatisfaction. The intervening event that caused the crowd to cheer was the injury to a loathed player. @@bourbontrail565 why would he go to jail?
How tf wasn't a clause to get out if injury or another massage case 😂😂😂
Because, the Browns.
there’s a clause in the contract that says if watson were to get suspended for any reason that was previously undisclosed to the team, the contract and all guaranteed money would become null. to my knowledge that’s the only clause of that type in the contract. myself and my fellow browns fans have been PRAYING that the latest scandal that the NFL is still investigating wasn’t previously disclosed lmfao.
The NFL PA would not allow that into contracts
There are no injury clauses for teams to out of contracts without still paying something unless the player has no guaranteed money left. Are you new to this?
Uh... Injuries are never an out of guarantees contracts.
Worst decision in football history getting Watson.
Panthers beats that….selling their first born for a guy they bench 😂

@@shawnhickman3512 Jets was a typical Jets decision. Dumb as hell tactical but not truly terrible, his cap hit ain't bad he could walk out tomorrow and they could still afford to replace him with a top QB.

I also blame the media for feeding this fire and making Browns fans feel like garbage for having him on roster like it was the fans decision.
Well, I don't know the Browns' attendance numbers, but clearly a lot of people think football is more important than Watson's baggage. For the record, other franchises do this too; Tyreek Hill in KC and Miami is a good example. But Hill plays good, so those fans get to ignore his baggage.

No. It's not. They were cheering the injury. What's the point in trying to equivocate?
@@zplapplapyou asked all of them?
Not only is a polling of ALL the fans in attendance not necessary to know what truly occurred, a sampling of those in the crowd is also unnecessary. What’s your point in making your reply?
