For me the app was really helpful at the beginning of my recovery but along the way it was harder and harder for me to choose between the categories because my emotions just couldn't fit in only one category anymore
You mentioned the other resources section seemed kind of empty on the get help tab. On mine it’s got tones of UK hotlines and websites, but I’m UK so might be auto generated for your location and is not yet set up for Switzerland.
I have this app but I don't really use it when I have the urge or whatever. It's just not acesseble to me when im without my phone outside or somewhere. This app has alot of helping methods I'd say but when it's like "draw smth where you want to harm"or whatever, then I really don't feel like getting up or going to my room to get some markers and draw. Is there are different options but it just doesn't help for me...
A few months ago I hit three years clean and then relapsed a few days later. I found this app after that and it was honestly a game changer. Tbh I know this is the same for most self harm apps but the streak tracker is enough to keep me motivated.. I’ve hit the three day streak a number of times and then relapsed but rn I’m almost at 3 weeks, the longest I’ve gone in a long time, and I’m so proud of myself :)
Hello i just want to say you have helped me overcome some very dark times and every time I self harm I come to you videos and you make me feel better keep up the great work. Have a nice day
hey it's been 2 years, how's it going? please don't give up on yourself. even if it seems too hard to break the habit, you still form a new habit of not harming on top of your existing ones
I've been clean for about a month now because i had to sleep in the same room as my parents for a while but now im moving to back into my own room again and im afraid i might relapse so this app might help
Dommage que toutes les vidéos soient en anglais. Étant parent, je suis confrontée à ces situations. J ai pris un coup de massu et je le sens tellement dépourvu parfois
some day I'll be an ex self harmer
You will!
i believe in u 💗

Yeah, it’s obviously not a long term solution but it does help me sometimes

Im very happy to hear that its extremely important that we will find at least the one thing that keeps us going 😊🙌🏻

This may be why they ask your location in the beggining !

Cool thanks you made me wanna get it!
My counselor recommended this app idk I just ignored it just keeps getting worse for no reason
I just downloaded the app seems cool
Omg i loveee this app but I’ve never heard anyone talk abt it
I'm finding the audio heaps better.
There are helplines and things for the UK users. My guess is anyone who clicks "rest of the world" doesn't get helpline numbers, which is annoying...
i hope one day ill be an ex self harmer but not for a long time
There’s a app called “i am sober “ but I think that’s only for iOS
Nope, I Got It On Android
