We followed the instructions exactly while using it and had it set to read the baby’s temp when on our daughter. :) I wanted this to be amazing but it just wasn’t for us.
Sorry it didn’t work for you and your baby! I would definitely talk to the company about a replacement. They have been supportive and responsive when we’ve needed them for our VAVA products. We really like the thermometer. When we needed to monitor baby’s temperature it worked well. Basically if it reads over 100 you should get a more accurate measure though (thermometer). But it’s awesome if you’re just monitoring. I hope your baby is doing well!
I really wish ours would have worked. We tried everything in the main and nothing would make it read properly. I'm so glad yours is working for you and your baby! The idea of it sounds amazing.
OMG I know how that is a sick little one is scary and having a bad thermometer is stressful in itself. Im coming from the facebook mom group and I have to say great video and great way to into the thermometer, I have to work on my editing game lol
It also takes forever to increase… my daughter had a 102.7 temperature (used other thermometers with consistent reads) while teething and I used this and it took too long to sink to her body temp.

Im curious if you put the therm correctly? It seems like it was reading the room temperature instead of the body temp
