Hard to believe you charge for tech support. We just paid over $400 for a new HD unit and if we get stuck and need tech support, you charge for it? This is really a bad policy and alienates your dealer base.

hello, which hardware gives me the ability to have 4 zones and play 4 different videos in each zone.? right now i use xt1144 but i can have max 2 videos in a 4 zone canvas

if we have a portrait led video wall with a custom resolution how do we set this up. We only see preset resolutions.
