    I am so glad you have your therapist to work with you! That is a great gift as you come up against the things that have made you eat in the past. I am going to try to have exercise be my substitute addiction until we are doing better financially- and then I can add shopping for clothes ;-P

    Another comment lol! Our smaller stomachs after the surgery mean we do not extract enough iron from our food- so it is important to take it even if you never did before- it is a new issue with the loss of stomach area. It is really hard to fix once yo get anemic and my doctor reiterated it today.

    I'm so glad your losing again... your doing great... Can't wait to see the slide show I always wonder that too.. ( what everyone is eating)

    Wow- one thing that stands out is how different the doctors are with what they have you do- at six weeks I MAY be starting regular food. Definitely not until then, so I could not possibly do anything you are doing at that point! Weird!
    Also- do you count carbs? My doctor totally pushes that we do no more than 40 carbs, saying we will lose the most weight that way. If s, is it hard? Or does the sleeve help?
    ALSO- CONGRATULATIONS! WOOHOO!!!!
