If the score you set is your new top play, then it will be weighted 100%. In this case, Boge’s score was only worth 861 pp, compared to a billion of his other plays over 1,000 pp. Since this play is so far down his list, he received very little pp for it, due to the weighting system. People like Gregorii are used to this happening, so that’s why they supposedly said “get ready for boge’s +1pp play on this guys!!!1”
