I keep the cash on me so that as I’m walking around the town, the neighborhoods, the hospitals, I have a little extra with me to be able to buy people things unexpectedly. These are people that wouldn’t ever get that kind of stuff you have to get out there and serve the community the best way you know how. I’m a public transportation brat so I ran into situations all the time and sometimes even just handing somebody $10 to go buy a snack and a drink. On hot days when I’m in town and delivery guys pull up I tell him to come to the coffee shop with me, and I buy them a drink and a snack and if they say no, I go in the store and get something and bring it back to them. Being a helper is part of my DNA. Thanks again for everything you guys did for all those people.
