This happened to me in August. My 2nd child’s father was hired to install a new roof on one of my homes. He pressured me into paying him upfront. He didn’t even complete a 1/4 of the roof. He ran off and moved to Dallas Texas with his girlfriend. He kept denying her. He hasn’t returned my money. I was upset about this at first. I learned my lesson and we won’t be speaking again until court.
