I have recently discovered this genre in the last 6 months and I have to say, including this in my Spiritual practice has helped me so much. I listened to all the meditation music prior to discovering this genre and it was more miss than hits in what inspired me. I have had a consistent experience of joy and connection keeping this music playing in the background when I am working and reading and meditating! For me, this has been a blessing! Thank you!
