Yeah it still works for me they probably got a bad battery or something if u contact support u get a replacement ...but I never had any problems also there's a cheaper one now amzn.to/3M2ojYY I'll be doing a video on it soon

It's true. This video was one of the first I did and it wasn't easy cause the old camera I had at the time, I used wasn't good at low light.

Hi! How exactly did you get it to turn on? Ours only ever shows the battery logo when we plug it in.
Hold down the button next to the charging port you'll see the battery level show up then u can start tapping the button and it will cycle through all the pre installed presets u can connect it to ur phone using Bluetooth to do more

Did u download the app? Install the app and try searching for it while it's on
@@Darkmstr We tried to connect to it using the app through Bluetooth while it was connected to the charger. It doesn’t show up in any of our devices, it also still won’t turn on.
That is so weird.. disconnect it from the charger and hold down the button does anything happen? Does it show the battery level? If it shows the battery level u can try searching for it. make sure location and Bluetooth is on and ur searching in the app
