A Coach that has 18 winning seasons and not 1 losing season is a Great Coach. I hear people say Sean Payton is a great coach but he has 6 losing seasons and suspended for a whole season. The biggest issue was Ben stayed to long and a no QB development.
2016 was tomlins last playoff win Big Ben was at his peak top 3 QB in the league at this time he didn’t start falling off till 2020 so with a top 5 QB we failed to win a playoff game from 2017 up till now. Tomlin is a problem. We don’t celebrate winning seasons in Pittsburgh we celebrate superbowls
@@MattTheToolMan you're right...Cause the only way to celebrate a Superbowl, is to have a winning season in order to enter the playoff and make a run...coaching will only get you so far, then the players talents and determination have to kick in somewhere....Its really a team issue and not a coaching issue, some players have to go and we ha e to get younger on defense..the best option is to develop Fields as they were doing with Haskins, the talent is there, now let's coach him into what we need him to be.
I'm a die-hard Steelers fan and I remember that tree like he was yesterday I did not know that my Steelers will be the victim of that trait that trade was in early November of 1995 in just 2 months later both of our teams are in the super bowl

That to me is hardly a warning to the Lions but more so exactly what he's supposed to say to his teammates if it happened that way...... In my opinion

Bill coward had a lot of years in the 90’s with Cordell Stewart. So Mike done a good job with what he’s had to work with we could be a lot worst right now give him a couple of years to make some moves to get a QB AGAIN
Tomlin had a HOF qb, Bell, AB, an all pro o-line, wide outs... weapons everywhere. The Mmount of talent he has had come through that locker room should have easily brought at least 2 more superbowls. The collapses that happen for the past almost DECADE... IS RIDICULOUS!!! NO TEAM is keeping a coach that has underperformed year after year in the Playoffs... except the Steelers
