Imagination you failed to stand up against bigger country and failed to criticize other country that’s more powerful of human rights violations, if you can’t do the basic things and stand up for our people why should we trust you.
I understand, the UN has a venerable mission but watching its inaction during the Burmese military coup, it is now clear to me the UN Security Council is prone to unacknowledged conflict of interest on the part of the few permanent members. This unaddressed conflict of interest can ultimately be seen to result in perverse outcomes to the effect of cronyism. I support the mission of the UN but its execution is deeply flawed right down to its very structure. Moreover, although it is now clear to me it is not fit for purpose in terms of consistently and fairly upholding its mission, i am not sure of exactly what kind of solution will help but i think law reform is overdue. We essentially don't have a neutral or reliable international watchdog at this stage and that's dangerous.

They have failed the Burmese people nevertheless. Perhaps venerable architecture isn't everything. It might even be empty when the UN Security Council is subject to overt exploitations in connection with conflict of interest. I no longer believe we have a neutral, effective international watchdog that is fit for purpose ie able to fulfil its mission statement. Imagination you failed to stand up against bigger country and failed to criticize other country that’s more powerful of human rights violations, if you can’t do the basic things and stand up for our people why should we trust you.
I understand, the UN has a venerable mission but watching its inaction during the Burmese military coup, it is now clear to me the UN Security Council is prone to unacknowledged conflict of interest on the part of the few permanent members. This unaddressed conflict of interest can ultimately be seen to result in perverse outcomes to the effect of cronyism. I support the mission of the UN but its execution is deeply flawed right down to its very structure. Moreover, although it is now clear to me it is not fit for purpose in terms of consistently and fairly upholding its mission, i am not sure of exactly what kind of solution will help but i think law reform is overdue. We essentially don't have a neutral or reliable international watchdog at this stage and that's dangerous.

They have failed the Burmese people nevertheless. Perhaps venerable architecture isn't everything. It might even be empty when the UN Security Council is subject to overt exploitations in connection with conflict of interest. I no longer believe we have a neutral, effective international watchdog that is fit for purpose ie able to fulfil its mission statement. The contemporary UN as is in my view has fallen prey to abject cronyism (concerning China and Russia, for starters) and is in desperate need of law reform to ensure it IS fit for purpose and remains ABLE to take ACTION instead of automatically repeating concerns while failing to take timely and effective action the whole time.

I'M REFERRING TO MY THIRD BACKPACK THAT CAN BE DEPLOYED INTO A VEST BY PULLING ON THE UPPER HANDLE (PULL CORDS OPT.) OVER THE HEAD.
I DIDN'T GIVE IT TOO MUCH THOUGHT ABOUT THE CONCEPT OR I SHOULD SAY I DON'T REMEMBER ALL MY WORDS FOR THAT PARTICULAR BACKPACK (BALLISTIPAX/ MASADA ETC.)
TO BE HONEST I DON'T THINK I THOUGHT OF PULLING THE CHEST BULLETPROOF VEST OVER THE HEAD OUT FROM THE BACKPACK (WITH GEAR ON THE VEST) WHILE THE BACK IS PROTECTED WITH A BACKPACK BULLETPROOF VEST.
I ONLY THOUGHT OF PULLING THE VEST OVER THE HEAD NOT CONSIDERING THE SETTING OF THE VEST COMING OVER THE HEAD TO THE CHEST.
THATS WHY THE VEST HAD TO COME FROM OUT THE BACKPACK BECAUSE OF THE ARRANGEMENT OF THE VEST BEING DEPLOYED.
MY SECOND CONCEPT FOR THE BACKPACK IS AS HOW THE CAR WRAITH PACK/ PANTAC/ STEALTH BACKPACK IS DEPLOYED WHILE ON THE BODY.
I COULD NOT OF FIGURED OUT HOW THE DEPLOYMENT WOULD OF WORKED.
I THINK MY THIRD BACKPACK WOULD OF CAME APART AS HOW THE CAR WRAITH PACK IS BUT BY A DIFFERENT WAY TO DEPLOY OVER THE HEAD INSTEAD OF COMING AROUND TO THE CHEST AREA AS A VEST.
