I swear bands are cursed in my game. I basically never get band opportunities, and even with the mod Ryan used in this video, my sims would always fail their auditions no matter the location, while having 6+ instrument skill levels. I even tried another mod that supposedly increases the chance to receive a band phone call, but that didn't change anything either. Now I just force band opportunities with Nraas and even then it's not always working and it's less fun compared to getting opportunities at random or actually having to audtion.

Sims 3 , is just something else honestly is 2024 but sims 3 feels like the successor, everything is just so real, I love how each town is made of of its own sims and like they got there life so bars get more crowded at night or during the weekend, honestly this game is all you need from a life sims, ever since I started playing last month I uninstalled the sims 4, thou I miss the visuals and simplicity of the sims 4 is actually easier to get into.
4:54 I am an academic musician and this is literally what is happening in the dressing room if there are more then one musician playing at the concert (a symphonic orchestra, for instance) and trust me I could not care less about what is played around if I need to warm up myself
I just wanted to say I think your channel is going to do really well. Your content is both entertaining and cozy, I love eating food and putting on your videos. I feel like I’ve been looking for exactly this type of content for so long and you are clearly putting the work in to create lots of consistent content, and I’m grateful!! I love your videos so much and have recently been on a binge. I don’t think this playthrough was boring at all and I’ve come to be slightly invested in your sims. It would be cool if you started a series of them but not just them playing in a band but also showing us a bit more of your sims personality and stories, bring more drama to it!! Much love :))
The thrashers I’ve never played life is strange but I’ve watched tons of play through was that the band Chloe and Rachel liked and went to in before the storm otherwise I’m lost
@@LexkrabYeah, it’s NRAAS Overwatch, which is a very popular mod that makes the game faster and more stable. I think the game has a memory leak where vehicles spawned for NPC travel aren’t removed from memory when they’re removed from sight, which gradually causes the game to slow to a crawl and potentially crash. The Overwatch mod takes care of that and some other things that can cause similar problems if left unattended indefinitely. You can turn off the notifications, but it can cause a second or three of lag, and it’s nice to know it was for a good cause. It’s also kind of satisfying somehow to see it report what it took care of for you. I wouldn’t run the game without it.
Please, how did you make The Sims 3 to run on Windows 10/11? I was able to download the launcher from Origin, but it doesn't work and EA support couldn't help me.
Try downloading the Alder Lake Patch! Just search “lazydutchess intel alder lake patch” and it should launch without needing the launcher. Let me know if that gets it running for you too ☺️
