The oxtail taste more Dominican because it's Haitian oxtail, haiti and DR share a island. Anyway, you guys need to stop just saying Caribbean food and say the actual country. Jamaican, Haitian, etc because all Caribbean countries are NOT the same, so put some respect on the culture and food.
