i think you may have the valves named the wrong way round ? , left is pressure 0.02-0.8 mpa and right is pressure free 0-0.01 mpa

Yes, it is definitely labelled the wrong way around. The one on the left has a diaphragm with two ports. It's a semi-direct solenoid valve, and the one on the right is a direct solenoid valve.
