I immediately tried printing this and have a problem. Slicer says and shows the sectors have floating regions and I need supports or reorient. I had downscaled so I started there. Nothing has changed it. I've tried everything can think of even printing all the way and the side with loop are fine but nothing in other side.....

Dear Allie Foster! Thank you for your immediate feedback! This is very valuable for me and the improvement of programs.
I remember that you have a Bambulab printer. Today I will try to install the Bambulab slicer, and correct the models to be sure that the slicer perceives them normally.
I think the problem is due to the fact that the fabric is cut in a smooth curve and the resulting cells are cut off.

This is analogous to thread when we cut ordinary fabric. I've worked with Cura and Prusa slicers, and these border defects do not prevent the "sector" from being printed well.
I will adjust the STLs of the sectors so that the Bambulab slicer will also allow printing normally. I plan to release new files on Patreon today, in about 6 hours, and I’ll write to you right away. Thank you!
