At this age, he should at least be able to clearly pronounce his full name, parents' name, address etc. If you watch Debina Decodes, you should know that Debina's daughter Lianna( she just turned 2 years in April) was having the same issue n Debina has been quite open n candid about it, she took the help of a speech therapist for Lianna n the child's speech has really improved a lot.
