Is there any at all physical advantages as a male skater? I mean none of the male skaters are buff and it wouldn't help even if they were. So why is there such a huge difference between males and females in this sport as well? Isn't skateboarding one of those sports that, at least on paper, women and men should be able to compete on the same level? And don't hit me with that "it's not socially acceptable for women to skate" cuz that's completely irrelevant when talking about professional skaters.
Like the WNBA lol. Such a drop off in ability. They are still really good skaters though

YOu know what is insane i must admite i never in my entire Life saw 1 single Girl good at Skateboarding not 1 single one ^^ not in a Video not on the Street or in the Skatepark when i was younger simple never ever no one promoted them did no Girls exist back then or did they simple not get pushed in MOvies and Tony Hawk Skateboarding Games etc.. pp
Haben Frauen schon wieder ein körperlichen Nachteil/Ausrede, dass sie nicht skaten können? Braucht man wirklich so viel Kraft beim skaten? 🤦♂️
Denk doch mal nach bevor du so nen Schmarren schreibst und überleg mal wie's in anderen Sportarten aussieht
Männer haben aus biologischer hinsicht im Schnitt mehr Muskeln und nen höheren Schwerpunkt, macht die beiden Geschlechter eben schlecht vergleichbar.
Bei Poker zB (Sport, aber keine physische Competition) sieht man öfter mal Frauen bei Turnieren wie sie Kohle abräumen.
Dann kommen noch so Sachen wie sozialer Habitus ins Spiel, stell dir vor du wirst auf'm Sportplatz oder Skatepark ohne Grund gemobbt, weil du ein Mädchen bist. Das nagt dann psychisch an dir und du gehst deinem Hobby vielleicht trotzdem nach, aber (unterbewusst) demotiviert ein negatives Umfeld Menschen.
A. R. Also für Streetskating braucht man keine herausragende Kraft und bei uns wurden die Mädels am Skatepark früher gefeiert.
@@amph3 ja kann sein dass das bei euch so war, ich kenn aber auch genug mädels die fußball, skaten etc aufgehört haben wegen blöder sprüche/blicke
Und Biologie kann man nicht so einfach leugnen, das haben wie schon gesagt andere Sportarten auch schon längst erkannt
Und mit halb so viel Muskelmasse auf 1.50m Körpergröße springt man mal nicht eben so weit und hoch wie Joslin und co
Muss kein Nachteil sein aber kann es eben oft
Hauptsache die Mädels shredden weiter, die sind so gut die stehen über der alten Mann gegen Frau Debatte
