+okiedokieoner Thankyou for your question. The big doubles units are grossing at around the 150 ton mark, unsure about the old tripples unit they are just beeing used as shuttles around the mill
THat old american junk has been pulling logs out of the forest for decades ,trucking companies use what does the work year after year , euro trucks comfortable but you dont see old ones
We have in New Zealand both European trucks and american trucks Ken-worth scaina Mercedes Daf Man all of the good company trucks are Very Popular in New Zealand .
It's the horsepower of the American style trucks that they love...😎
American trucks are the way to go,keep the European one's in Europe!!!
It seems as if,they are overloading these trucks. Are there any uphills,in Oceania?

Love that american stuff
even here in Europe, it's rare to see a truck more than 10 years old, although that could be due more to company choice here in the UK.

The New Zeelanders certenly need to switch to European trucks instead of American junk!!
Plenty of European trucks here in NZ mate, we have Volvo DAF Scania Mercedes all are very popular here.
