ingredients:
chicken thigh mince 1 kg
onion 1 medium 150g
red bell pepper 1 medium 150g
garlic cloves 7-8
ginger 1.5 inches piece
green chilli 7-8
Salt 3/4 tbsp
chilli flakes 1 tbsp
paprika 1 tbsp
cumin powder 1/2 tbsp
coriander powder 1 tbsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
breadcrumbs 2-3 tbsp
coriander 1/2 cup
for salad:
onion 1 medium
tomato 1 small
coriander 1/2 cup
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
lemon juice 2 tbsp or as needed
مكونات:
فخذ دجاج مفروم 1 كيلو
بصل 1 متوسط 150 جم
فلفل أحمر 1 متوسط 150 جم
7-8 فصوص من الثوم
قطعة زنجبيل 1.5 بوصة
الفلفل الأخضر 7-8
ملح 3/4 ملعقة كبيرة
رقائق الفلفل الحار 1 ملعقة كبيرة
الفلفل الحلو 1 ملعقة كبيرة
1/2 ملعقة كبيرة مسحوق كمون
مسحوق الكزبرة 1 ملعقة كبيرة
فلفل أسود 1 ملعقة صغيرة
فتات الخبز 2-3 ملاعق كبيرة
1/2 كوب كزبرة
للسلطة:
بصل 1 وسط
طماطم 1 صغير
1/2 كوب كزبرة
1/2 ملعقة صغيرة فلفل أسود
ملح 1/2 ملعقة صغيرة
عصير ليمون 2 ملعقة كبيرة أو حسب الحاجة
