Chosen Men, To Him ...... Charge
God save Ireland
Hab alle Bücher gelesen und die sind besser als der Film 👌🏼😉
Mmmmhurmmhmmmm
Upon sighting a new Sharpe video I advanced to it, that's my style sir
Upon sighting a new upload, I immediately gave the order to play; that's my style, sir!
Guy Loup was a monster , one of the top villains in the series
Sharpe CERTAINLY distinguished himself in this video!!!!
Hagman going guns akimbo is priceless sight. He's the most accurate rifleman of the chosen men, with two rifles he's twice as accurate.
Smart to put these clip out. So many don't know that they missed in this show...Hope ppl find it and become fans of Sharpe and Bernard Cornwell(my favorite contemporary author).
I mean to give Marshall Victor a DAMN GOOD THRASHING! One of the most memorable lines for me in the whole series
You guys should post the full episodes, I bet they would get massive views.
i doubt theyre allowed to. probably other distribution agreements etc. you can find the full episodes on youtube though.
Maybe a live special stream for Christmas.
I like how he stepped over him, the duel may have been stopped but Sharpe showed him who was the better man.
viewing a man's crotch from the ground - the ultimate disrespect
Me, a freshly trained conscript: Sir? Are we supposed to do that?
NCO: "Giving me a tired sideeye"
A terrific series. Look how young they all are....
And, how old we all are now. !!
Rifleman Moore was played by a Napoleonic War expert and the man in charge of the series armoury.
sharp.major sharp. 🤩god i miss these serials!!..
From Sharpes Honour, I highly recommend people to read it, the Marques doesn't even get any lines in this episode lol. But the fight is fantastically written and the book is very much similar to Sharpes Prey, he's in a terrible state and makes terrible decisions, but comes out of it all because of his friends. D'Alembord is a great character in the books.
Inquistor Hatcha is played perfectly in the episode I think, the same kind of power hungry slime he is in the Book, where he hopes to essentially be a Rasputin-esque character controlling the Spanish throne under a restored Ferdinand.
In the Book, the Marques really does get the better of Sharpe, effortlessly forcing him into a position where the sun is in his eyes (they're fighting in an old graveyard), but Sharpe does hulk out, get very offensive with his heavy Calvary sword and get the best of the Marques, nearly dealing a killing blow.
Sharpe strolls up to the duel carrying a Cavalry Sword he TOOK away from a French captain.
Sharpe ONLY knows two things...how to FIGHT, and how to WIN!
I love Sharpe and I am Irish too...
Not sure how historically accurate this show is but nonetheless it was a great and one of the best shows on especially for that time period in British and American TV.
Great series.😊
Most famous quote of Sean Bean as 006:She smells like strawberries. What movie?🤔
Goldeneye
Technically a misquote. I believe it was TASTES like strawberries
It’s cute the channel is still posting these
This was such a good series. Based on a series of great books. What has disappointed me was the battle scenes were unrealistic. But I assume that they were working on a limited budget and there was not much in the way of CGI back then,
3 shots a minute in any weather sir
2:29 Nuts or Nothing: Denji
Oh, look, it’s Alice Krige, AKA the Borg Queen. She cratainky gets around. (She was also good in Chariots of Fire)
The best thing you can do , is to read the full series by Bernard Cornwell. It’s as good as it gets.
@6:28 the French shout sounds like it includes "la poutine" but it's probably something else. Poutine is an extremely popular and simple comfort food out of Québec.
Cooper looks familiar to me. Checks IMBD and he was played by Michael Mears who was in my favorite movie A Man Called Sarge as the strange French colonel Cheval.
Dulls his knife on the chain like an idiot.
mountain folk
He wasn't dulling it - - he was honing it - - as a butcher removes burrs from a knife's edge with a steel
Anyone know who the actor who plays the marquess is
Shes the same actress who later playing Borg Queen in Star Trek.
@@Turloghan I meant her husband
There is a book that was published about the whole series, or else Google it, but you need to know the name of the episode, either way.
Alice Krige
12:20 13:00 classic stock screams

Ten film ma niewiele z prawdą historyczną , ale fajnie się oglada
