Since not a lot of people know this, you can heal the light warrior with any healing items/moves and if hessonite is next to the warrior when you heal the warrior, hessonite will be given a very powerful defence debuff. When combined with a move that lowers hessonite’s defence, it makes the fight ten times faster.

Pascal Fernandes there could be more than one Hessonite, the one we fought definetly has been to earth during the war and before the sudden evacuation, but its never implied this Hessonite had anything to do with Centi
Mr. TeM Well one thing for sure, they definitely have the same gem placement! And though her hair may be shorter in Centi's drawing and her cape wasn't included, we still need to keep in mind that gems can change their forms. It's also possible that the cape was GIVEN to her as a mark of her status. Just like how Jasper had a cape when she first appeared on screen, then it was gone the next scene. (She is the "Perfect Quartz" after all, so if this is the case then naturally she'd be worthy of getting one)

For me this is kirby star allies.
To me, one of the most powerful and telling moments in the whole franchise was actually Hessonite telling Steven that he doesn't have the moral high ground: not because I agree with her (I don't), but because that line by itself was proof that even homeworld gems have a strong concept of morality.

Okay, so this game is kinda buggy, but I enjoyed my playthrough. Even the final boss was great.
That's what I thought, until I had to fight Hessonite.
The battle against her is so meticulous and slow. Unlike other battles where it was an even match, Hessonite just felt unfair. You do so little damage to her without a debuff, and even with it your attacks are significantly weaker. And I'm not sure how, but Hessonite kept spamming the instant kill attack on me, and I kept losing because of it. Using Garnet's Rocket Punch and Opal's Arrow Rain was my best option, but it still took so damn long.
Connor The Chosen if you use Stevens Encouragment on the prism while hessonite is attacking it, the prism temporarily lowers hessonites defense

Wait, seriously?! I never knew that!
I found a big key to the boss fight was Peridot. I literally circled Hessonite in turrents and used her team ability with Steven to regain stars the entire time. I was able to beat her in about 5 minutes
Smokey Quartz definitely helped me, though i just had peridot making pericannons, mines, and amethyst while Greg just Star Jammed. Poor guy died a few times but i had the tears to heal them.
The Pearl-Fect Pericannon is even better, especially combined with the device that lowers defense.
It just seemed like Prism was going to join the fight at the end and I feel like there has to be some way to get Prism to attack Hessonite since she takes very little damage from the other Crystal Gems
Ari B you can heal it with steven and it lowers hessonites defense when shes attacking it

The prism will go to hessonite and both of them escape. Which is the bad ending. There’s nothing else happen after that.
This was before they fixed Sugalite's tornado punch; it's much easier to do now.
To be honest, I would have saved Opal for the Hessonite fight, so Garnet could use her Rocket Punch to lower Hessonite's defense.
honestly I wouldn't have beaten Hessonite if it wasn't for Garnet's rocket punch, Holo Pearls, Pearl's fireball ability, and Bear Claws.
If I ever get to play the game I'll use these characters in battling hessonite

Actually no. Shattering a Gem still leaves that Gem with a conscience, as seen in _Gem Drill_ . Killing a Gem, well... kills it.

Cracking a Gem is just getting a little scratch in it. Look what happened to Amethyst and Lapis when their gemstones cracked.

Shattering a gem it can't reform, it can't put itself back together and it seems like a condition not even Roses healing powers as we know of now couldn't even fix. Cause to me that sounds like death for a gem and if it isn't then what exactly is "killing" a gem.

Z move, Last Prism, fires a particle accelerated rainbow light on enemy, if fails, raises the prism's stats greatly

Crewniverse said it isn’t coming to mobile. Save the Light had so much more than Attack the Light, which many mobile devices can’t handle.

I got lucky on my hessonite fight.
I had garnet, Steven, connie, and peridot. And peridot poofs 1st. But hessonite's "perish" move only attacked Peridots dead body or Steven (who I had packed on defense). It also tried reteaching me how to dodge when it hit peridot... I was lucky at least when the bug happened. At least it didn't blast saw noises after the boss died like the 1st boss with the canny name

This game looks fun, but pretty poorly programmed. Like the gem's infinite run towards the end.

Violet Rose It’s programmed well, they just haven’t made many bug fixes whatsoever. In fights I find many occurrences of glitches or bugs that cause the game to freeze or softlock, causing me to restart a fight or entire area.
I brought Peridot to this battle and she kept building contraptions to literally no end, and I couldn't pass on to the next cutscene because of that
I love this fight so much it's challenging and the music intensifies the fight.
it was nice to revisit this location in unleash the light
