World land layers with the Americas or the Pacific in the middle

- When you have a world land layer in QGIS, in vector format (e.g. a shapefile or a GeoPackage) and you change it from something like WGS84 projection to an Americas-centric or Pacific-centric coordinate reference system, weird things can happen. You often get strange lines going across the map canvas.
To make things easier, I've created two land layers - one with the Americas in the middle and another with the Pacific in the middle. No more maps with New Zealand falling off the edge!
