Also, a lot of unfortunate events have happened to your family, i understand. But the titles that emphasis tragedy irks me. It almost feels as if it’s thrilling for content creators to capitalize off of it, makes it feel like the creator has been desensitized.

I lost my mum last year on the 20th of December. Her birthday was the 19th, and then obviously there is christmas 5 days later. Its a very difficult time of year and I hope Chris is doing as well as he can. Spending time with family, especially at this time of year, can be so healing 🤍
I am so sorry that this happens to you, and your family. May she Rest In Peace. Losing somebody makes your really realize how thankful you need to be for the ones you have left. Especially around the holidays

That accident was terrifying. I haven't been in an situation like that, but I work fast food and we had a shooting in our drive thru not to long ago. We have a decent amount of homeless people in our city, especially near where I work. Well, we had a homeless man approach one of my coworkers asking for ice. He got the guy ice, but the guy wasn't happy and started chasing him saying something about ice. Well, my coworker came in the back door, which is locked unless you have a card or get rung in. The homeless guy gave up chase and started heading back towards the area where this dibaco started. I was on bagging, so I didn't see or hear when it happened, but the homeless guy tried to force his way into someone's car through a window, and the guy shot in self defense. Fortunately the homeless guy was just graised, and after the initial shock was up and moving. But it was definitely a scary situation for all of us, especially those that were outside when it happened. I thought I was ok, but I came home and found out that a close family friend had come through maybe 20 minutes prior to this happening. Not to mention the what ifs of "what if I had been outside, I was supposed to be in a little bit after that happened" and "what if I had been the one in the drive thru?" It really affected me more than I thought it would. So glad that yall are ok, and had someone looking over you!

Yeah man I don't know how Jess and her whole family is even surviving this. Such a tragic thing that happened to them! I mean they were like 50ft away and had no chance of getting hit. But thank goodness their safe. I don't know how their all sleeping at night. I would need major therapy after surviving something like this. This poor poor poor family didn't deserve this! Fight on jessfam fight on! I pray you never have to see another couple hit a dennys sign for as long as you live!

I understand completely. I lost my dad 12/25/22. That's right, Christmas day of last year. It's so hard. I have to be in good spirits for my kids, but it's hard. I'm sorry for his (Chris)loss.

Question for Chris: since his drive is about 7 hours … what are some things he does to stay awake during that? How many gas stops (unless he takes Tesla then nvm) I ask because I’m about to move seven hours away and I’m most nervous about the driving there. Thankfully my other half will have the uhaul and car, I get to drive the second car. But the farest I ever personally drove myself was three hours and I knew the area already. I’m going somewhere I never been before I’m trying to make it as far as possible with little stops breaks because I know I’ll just want to fall asleep if so lol

In 2005 my moms friend was involved in a tragic car accident that left her paralyzed

They weren't last year xmas either.
About 15 years ago when my son was 2. We were sitting at McDonald's and a very old lady came crashing threw the building and hit our table. The table moved a few feet away and glass was all over. We weren't hurt thank god. It was a very scary situation. My son doesn't remember it but it was in the paper where I live and i have the newspaper clipping.

My entire school was grieving the loss of the brother of one of my classmates and the son of my English teacher (yes, that classmate and teacher are mother and daughter) at this time of year the same year Addie was born/Chris's dad passed. He was in a skateboarding accident the day after thanksgiving of 2016, and passed away exactly 7 years ago on Tuesday. Anyways, at least you'd still leave behind Lilia to potentially take over the channel, as well as Chris, Tommy, and Big Caden if you along with the other 4 children didn't make it.
