    Paradise is a state of mind. Street food is the ultimate comfort food, reminding us that great flavors await at every corner. Remember Every bite of street food is a journey, a story waiting to be told. This is where the streets are where culinary magic happens.

      Thank you so much for your kind words! ❤ I’m so happy you love Iran-it really is a beautiful country. That’s so interesting about Saturnalia and how it connects to Christmas and Yalda! It’s amazing how different cultures celebrate the solstice in unique but similar ways. 😊🌙✨

    Thank y melyas, is it right that Iranian people way of cooking the food takes sometimes more than three hours and maybe a whole day sometimes? Or its a myth 😂 ?

    • @MelyasTravel
      @MelyasTravel  Месяц назад

      You're absolutely right, Salim! Many traditional Iranian dishes, like stews (khoresh) or rice dishes, can take hours to cook because they're all about rich flavors and slow cooking. Some even take a whole day, but the taste is always worth the wait! 😂🍛

    • @Salim54321
      @Salim54321 Месяц назад +1

      @ question here, do Restaurants in use this method of cooking which consume long time when they doing" khoresh " or they use the easy way?

    • @MelyasTravel
      @MelyasTravel  Месяц назад +1

      Great question! Many traditional restaurants in Iran still use the slow-cooking method for dishes like "khoresh" to preserve the authentic flavors. However, some may use quicker methods or pre-prepared bases, especially in busier places, to save time while still delivering delicious results. It really depends on the restaurant! 😊🍛
