It had 2-strokes and 4-strokes, (as could be), and you can find cheater engines, just like we built them in real life, (made you crash more usually in the game though), and easily race other people on line. I played from my computer with a big joystick bought at a computer store/section back in those days. I don't remember signing into a club. Just get to the site, pick an open race, or start a new one for others to join. I remember some guy with the name "Hurricane" on a 125 going super fast. I don't know if there were on-line racing series or not, but I would have competed if I found one. Those days are gone. I ride a real MX bike again. :)
MM2 had an awesome track editor, I made several tracks and actually won awards for track building. It was a big online community with Tournaments. I still have an actual Trophy.

In 1998 Motocross Madness was way aheqd of it's time. Ricky Carmichael 99 had the best Soundtrack ever thanks to MTV. And ofcourse in 2006, Motorstorm was the very first game that deserved to be called nextgen game. None of the games in this video ever got us exited like Motorstorm.
Supercross 2000 was the first MX game i ever played & i played TF outta it.. i still listen to most of the songs from it too, to this day hahahaha that was the game where Mike Metzger & Brian deegan became my favorite riders to. I was always metz & my cuz was always Deegan hahaha
MXGP 2019 - самая реалистичная игра из всех пепечисленных по всех критериях. Правда незнаю на сколько удобно играть на джойстике в игру про мотоциклы, где следует играть на симуляторном стэнде в идеале. Хотя в таком случае проще купить себе кроссбайк и самому ездить на трэк, если есть возможность. Погода, наличие трэка, наличие мотоцикла, денег на бензин, экипировка, навыки и желание. Всё это редко сочетается в жизни, по-этому проще купить пс4 и на джойстике воплощать свою мечту в реальность (виртуальность), где нет последствий, травм, смертей, есть пауза, рестарт, возрождение.
Mx vs ATV was always fun. I really went deep into Trials though once Fusion released on PS4. I’ve got a few uploads of Trials, ninjas, diamond times etc.

Man those early ones look brutal!!! Excitebike 64 was pretty good. You could get boogeying pretty good osnce you knew the tracks. I liked creating your own track too. That was fun.
Great video, a couple that I was missing: stadium cross and motocross go (both arcade), championship motocross 2001 (ps1), supercross 2001 (ps1), and the great supercross circuit (ps1)
Freestyle Motocross is a sport of motocross in which motorcycle riders attempt to impress judges with jumps & stunts! They competed at the X-Games, Gravity Games, Dew Action Sports Tour and other FMX competitions!
It's questionable to not include Offroad Fury, but to leave those games out while including MotorStorm and Trials games is the phattest slap in the face. I guess to the public "motocross games" = "dirt bike games," but ATV ORF is more motocross than many of these games and deserves to be mentioned among the best. Also, Moto Racer blew my mind when it came up at 1:50. Wow!

Great video. Have played so many and never realized it. Supercross 2000 with Jeff Emig was such a cool game, but the MX vs ATV series won my heart. Just a quick note on the "Yamaha Supercross" title, you put 2000 and i do not believe this game was released then. Quick google search says 2008, what gave it away for me was the "YZ450F" toughblocks. That model wasnt rrleased til 2005 so very unlikely they were promiting it in 2000 when they were in the YZ400F/YZ426F era.
