It is amazing to me that they can flip on someone with no evidence at all like Jack managed to do with Fredo in the first round, but he wasn't able to convince them to eject Chad after seeing him walk right past a body without reporting it. I honestly felt a little bad for the guy lol.
Everyone's used to knowing when Jack is lying, so now that he knows how to hide his tells he gets away with everything

Not really a case of them getting better as impostors, they're getting much worse as detectives.
You say that, but Fiona absolutely got better as imposter. She leveled up from previous games. (but yes she was helped because Chad was stupid and Fredo assumed Chad wasn't)
It's earnestly because Jeremy/Michael weren't in this one; those two, if you're imposter, NEED to go ASAP.

The last meeting in the round where fiona won was something out of a movie. Matt just sounded like he finally put it all together but it was all a ruse

I also liked that last game where Matt won, since he admitted guilt and victory when it was too late to do anything about it. Those are probably the top two Impostor wins in their videos.

I mean, she was already there... I usually have no chill and immediately report so I don't look sus for NOT reporting, but if you can get away with it, you're pushing the progress bar harder rather than wasting time running back.

Everyone else thought there was only one imposter, so when Gavin vouched for Jack and no one vouched for Fredo, it gave Jack a false alibi and gave him the veneer of innocence, but it was all down to the accident of two imposters, not Jack's skill.
I also don't know why I'm posting this three years later, rewatching old Let's Plays to make a RH free playlist and Jack's smugness irked me.

To be fair, the previous round there was discussion of Chad walking past a body (which we the audience know is what actually happened), so it's not unfair of AH to just assume Fiona missed the body. It goes back to the round where they sussed out Fredo because he played too well: He's the only competent member of the squad. "Never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity."
@Gryphon Right, they didn't realize that's what happened, but my point is that they (correctly) judge themselves to be incompetent and capable of screwups. Fiona, being bad at the game in previous videos, is probably given slack because they assumed she'd still be bad at it. They even call out at one point this video that Gav thinks she's innocent because she's so clear and emphatic, compared to her previous imposter runs.
To be fair, Chad also walked past a body and got called out by Fredo, who was then proven innocent, and everyone just decided that he was okay anyway

I loved how their logic around the electrical room had a hole in it you could fly a 747 through.. Body in Security was cold as ice so anyone of them could have killed, then come down trapped themselves in electrical for an alibi and then put sus on anyone not in the room.. but it's AH, so they're just going to scream and then eject before they think or actually question anyone.. 😂😂

Man, mildly unrelated, but having watched ScrewAttack for years, and enjoying watching Chad for so long, then to see him as part of RoosterTeeth... It really brings back memories of the good old ScrewAttack days whenever I see him in a video. I'm glad he's still able to do what he loves.
