mizz never stood a chance. The decreased hp means Zino cant get kicked out of charge state easily, and Mizutsunes Bubbles just dont deal damage. But even so it did a lot of bad stuff, constant taunting, missing some of its moves pretty badly. Its a shame.
@@Sunaki1000 I’ve been meaning to retry this in low rank; I get the impression Zinogre’s G rank AI levels up a lot more than most other monsters. Mizutsune doesn’t seem to be a poor performer by any stretch in the other fights I’ve done with it. I also did redo this fight again, though I didn’t upload it, and it was more even. Zinogre got down to 34% iirc. I’m not entirely sure how much the lowered hp matters, but it’s probably outside of a given sweet spot to be sure. A certain amount of HP does seem desirable to get the cycles going between rage and exhaustion, or in this case, suppression thresholds or part breaks.
