The costumes are artistic indeed, and it makes me feel very proud as a Trinidadian to see such great designs and portrayal by these children of the future in Trinidad and Tobago. Soca artist should want their music to be heard every chance they get, if they're truly proud for their production. Show me the billboard charts and the million dollar contracts. Thank you.
The problem if you are a Trinidad RUclips content creator is that you can use the music without license but then you get called for copyright infringement. RUclips will allow content creators to use the music with a license that you have to pay for each song. However if you are based in Trinidad when you attempt to buy the licenses a message is displayed saying Not in Your Country.

When Stephen reformed D'Midas children's band in 2011, I remained with him, until 2014. I designed and produced for my younger son's school, St. Pius Boys' R.C. (Arouca) in 2015 and 2016. They got school Band of The Year (mini) those two years. I'm presently with Joki One in D'abadie, Walda Waithe is the bandleader. I reproduced "D Rerturn Of Callaloo"(Tribute to Peter Minshall) this year. I don't know if you saw it. It was on last week's Tuesday or Wednesday Newsday. He placed 13th in the Junior Kings prelims.
Thank you for the advice I will be looking for more rhythm music for the adult video. I purposely chose the Afrobeat for the end as I wanted a wind down tempo for the ending.
Great costumes what I could see of them. I wish the adults would back away and let the children shine.... All I saw was adults taking vid and pics and ocassional kids in costume. How do the judges even judge?

I produce children costumes. It's the fine details that make their costumes. They're always excited when they receive their costumes.

Children's carnival will always be better than adult mas. You are seeing the concept in their costumes. Not in bikinl, beads and feathers.
