And that was only halfway through the month of last January. Here we are at the end of January 2025, and I wonder, how are you doing on your new goals?
It’s tempting to look at a failure as permanent. You can lose the motivation to keep pushing your goal.
But can I encourage you to consider adding a habit? And that’s the habit of reconnecting and recommitting to your 2025 goals?
James Clear says that every action you take is a vote in favor of the kind of person you want to become or a vote against it. Even if you have already cast a vote against your new goals, you still have plenty of opportunity left this year to take the actions you said you wanted. You still can become that person.
