couple things on the bar feed alarm (I have 7 swiss ) -burr on bar, sometimes from gripper -main collet getting stuck(plastics are messy) -insuficient dwell between barfeed feed on and rechuck -insuficient push pressure -oh and plastic makes a mess
The alarm on the barfeeder was the machine trying to do more parts when there was no sufficient bar left. Reduce your rechuck distance or increase the part length on the feeder to make it change the bar one part earlier so it wont try to run a part with not enough bar.

How many spare tool pockets do you have on the Mori? Make a carbide tool with a hemisphere hole the size of your ball in the end. Superglue a ball in the hemisphere and load in the machine. Call the tool and push the ball in while spinning. Lights out for the number of tools you make. The Kern has plenty of room (for now).
The real meat of the air nozzle getting extra air boost is a result of fluid entrainment, which is the actual action of the fast moving air creating a low pressure state that pulls extra air in through the surrounding holes along for the ride. A laminar flow venturi is what creates that primary blast, entrainment is the action of surrounding air amplifying the volume of air being moved. Same concept as the bladeless fans and so-on. Unless I'm totally way off in this case, aerofluids guys please add more info!
The build on that air gun suffered as a result of focusing on the air tip. Aluminum to plastic is a temporary attachment point. Solid brass chrome plated with Teflon tape is the best way to go for a shop tool. Can you remove the the tube and nozzle and thread it into brass handle?
one other comment why not open that nice big bay door. I worked in an older shop with no air back in the day we would open the front door and the back delivery doors. you would be amazed how much airflow that gives you.
You should consider solar on your flat roof to power AC. At house in Southern California in December 2016 we installed a ground-base solar PV system producing over 27 mWhr of electricity each year. The PV panels were made in Canada. We have 3 AC units for a 5000+ SF house. The AC is producing over 12 tons of cooling.and sometime we run all three AC 24x7. Our electric bill is zero and we even send power back to the grid. The system will pay for itself in four years. One of our best investments ever. You should consider solar. By the way our white plaster pool was at 78 degrees F today and by late August it will sun heat to 85 degrees, so you know it is hot where we live.
Started thinking this ball pick and place. Maybe there could be a few tool spots on the kern dedicated for some kind of tools which could somehow hold one ball each. The ball would release after the tool has pushed the ball in thr hole. I guess a magnet wont work here because of the ceramic balls, would have ro be some kind of a spring loaded thingy :p

I run a machine shop in Sweden and had never heard of Silvent. I just called them up and said "Hey, send us the air guns Grimsmo has, they look sweet and we need to try them" haha.
you might want to make it a standard practice to valve off at end of shift your air guns or even when you are walking away to another work cell. one it puts less stress on the system two if that happened overnight you would have been running your compressor hard all night.
If you want to run Lights-Out and hold 0.0002", climate control is a must. We use Heat Pumps that can reverse cycle for A/C. That way, warm or cold out the inside can stay the same temp. One other thing- oversize your system. The cooling load you have now will change as you add machines to your business.
So does the detent ball not bottom out in the bottom of it's hole? Is there any concern of it working its way in and changing the detent feel over time? Obviously if it works, it works. But if it were me, I would precisely cut the bottom of the hole to be the stop, and use some kind of a spring loaded punch in the machine to press it.
I've never seen a PCD tool look like that, and I've never heard any company recommend their PCD tools for cutting carbide.... my mind is blown... or they are selling CBN coated tools and something got lost in their sales translation. If this is truly PCD, then they have done something that no other company in the world seems to have done. If so, I'm totally getting some!

Nothing is good anymore. Make your own air gun, or buy an antiquated one and fix it. Seriously, buying again and again, doesn't just not fix the problem, it only deepens it. Kinda get annoyed when people just buy them thinking that there's no consequence other than money being spent. /rant

If the runout is bad just mount the end mill in the vise and the part to be machined in the spindle.

You dont use flood coolant for hardmilling or turning because of thermalshock.

I'll bet you 5 schrute bucks the shop got too hot and loosened an adhesive or gasket and cause failure on your air gun.

Take a look at OpenPNP, you can likely use it for placing balls into the knives, ready to be pressed by the machine

You did not mention it but did you try , do you tap your tooling in to reduce run-out? Brass punch and brass hammer to manipulate.

Usually drill shank less Hardness than the flutes to help more gripping, isn't it
