@@some0ne308i see ,for me(F27) training t9 takes about 10 hour and also promoting from t8 to t9 takes same about 10 hour time...... promotion gives more power as more t8 will converts into t9 , almost 7-8 times More (so more power =more points in troops training stage of event ) Basically same time required means same speed ups will need.....but promotion gives more points than training..... AM I WRONG ? then please tell me the fact....of course i am new to this game 😅 My SvS will come soon ( it's 80th day of my server)

No - just capacity. Only Minister of Education, Presidential buffs, Research decrease the amount of speedups used.
