A bit salty with myself I missed ya live. I needed to drop you line and share info. I made a video sharing resources with makers, it's long and boring, but... I just saw the upcoming Harbor Freight Black Sale and the 18" magnetic tool holder will be on sale for $1.78 each. If you buy ten I promise you won't regret it! I love these in my work shop, garage, greenhouse, and kitchen. They will sell out fast, so you have to jump when the sale hits. But, I am so excited for you and can't wait for you to do the fun stuff organizing your workshop. I recently saw one of your older videos of your kitchen before it was a kitchen, you have come so far in such a short time.

Note for ya... Adding vinegar to milk isn't the same as real buttermilk, but only causes the milk to curdle. It works much the same in recipes chemically and gives a sourness that lifts the flavor in recipes. I wwen looking into how it was made in the old days and found it was made with a bacteria that causes the souring. It tastes different than todays buttermilk too. Kitchen goals.
