I’m moving to Raleigh in a couple months and found your page while looking for good recs in the area so thank you for always sharing! Also I have been LOVING your vlogs. It’s so comforting to watch vlogs that are realistic and relatable!
You’re so welcome! That’s so exciting that you’re moving here, you’re going to love it! We moved here from Chicago a little over two years ago and haven’t regretted it once. :) Thank you for saying that about my vlogs, I really appreciate it! Thank you for watching!
Going back to work after having kids was tragicccc for me so sad but I did it! And still doing it! And so are you!!! I loved your desk set up! And can you maybe give me some book recs? 30 books in a year is amazing! You’re almost there!!
I think with every new step of motherhood, I realize another way that women are just amazing! We handle and take on so many things, it's kind of incredible. :) Thank youuu, I tried so hard to reach that goal of 30 books but I think I will be falling short, haha. And I do have some book recs! So one of my favorite series is The Thursday Murder Club. There are four books so far in the series and I love them so much. Unexpected main characters (four people who live in a retirement village) who are so loveable, a good mystery in each one, and they can be laugh out loud funny. A book that I read this year that I still haven't stopped thinking about is "A Woman is No Man" by Etaf Rum. An incredible immigrant and cultural story told through the perspective of two generations. Definitely a heavier read but such an amazing book!
