Is Nvidia CloudXR for developers only or could anyone use this service? Like say I would like to try using it to make an indie game with Unity or just to play some VR games?

Hi Tom, at the moment it is still for developers however, you may find that you can apply for a hobbyist access on the NVIDIA website :)
