I hope You are all well.
This video is related to bike ABS (Antilock Braking System), I was feeling that something is getting wrong with braking system, because as we know after cross the 5 speed the ABS light off & its means your ABS is working fine.
My ABS was working fine but sometime I crossed the 5 speed & facing any Off road & my ABS light glown, it meaned any malfunctioned in my bike ABS.

Brother pls guide me. About my Honda c abs cbr250r in which i already shared with u, that i did by mistake for a wheel spin upon pressing the front brakes. This causes the abs trouble that even upon sight pressing any of the 2 levers it gives a spring jerk on the levers among with making brake ineffective, with a sound such as something is rotating such as a spring in the breaking system. But when i took out the abs fuse the hydraulic brakes are working perfect{without abs}.
I have already dismantled the abs modulator and te packed it. But the problem didn't solve. Pls guide is it the delay valves which i should check and how to exactly where to look upon.

ABS should not make clicking noise when brakes are pressed in normal conditions.
I think aapko motor zyaada kharab ho gai. Light is not showing, but try to kick in abs while riding. Check if its working manually.
bro agar aap fairing khol kr check krenge to bilkul awaj ayegi, btw awaj motor ki nahi pumping ki aati h, iske jab valves kaam krte h tab aisi awaj aati h
nd bro ABS. light should off jab aap 5 ki speed cross krte h to agar light chali gyi to it means ki apka abs sahi working h or agar light nahi jaati ya jaakr aa jati h tab ABS Kaam nahi krta

Aapke valves isliye kaam kar rahe hai because rear wheel bhi ghum raha hai. To bike detect kar raha k wo chal raha hai and abs kick in ho raha hai.

Bhai mere paas Duke 250 Bs6 hain usme dual channel abs hain, par kuch din se front abs sahi se kaam nai kar raha h kv kv to brake lane pe front wala wheel lock ho jata h aur wheel skid ho jata hain par abs error nai hota meter par aur na hi koi problem show ho raha h abs light v off ho jata h normal jaise , ab showroom wala man ne ko taiyar hi nai h ki es me problem hain ! kya karu main ???

I also went to a Honda service centre, but that silly mechanic over there told me that he will first change both the sensor wires and then will go ahead. Which is not the cause of the problem i know very well. It was just the pressing of front brakes in this combined abs system for a small fun of rear tyre burn out, which caused this problem. Now it is several months i am using the vehicle but with the abs fuse out which means the hydraulic brakes are functioning absolutely fine. Anyone with knowledge about this combined abs mechanism please guide.

did you just open and closed the ABS module or you did sometjing in it bro.. Can u please tell me what was the cause of ABS not working in your case... i am facing it in y dominar and planning to open the ABS module... :)
I opened the ABS motor cap nd clean the carbon from inside nd closed, now its wrking fine

Bhai KTM RC390 2018 hai mera jisme ABS MOTOR MALFUNCTION C1015 error aa rha hai aur wo 70%time aata hai 30% time thik kaam karta hai abs.. video wale tareeke se thik ho jayga kya..
Bike thandi nikalo to thik chalta hai fir 15-20min baad abs kaam karna band aur error dikhata hai..

Haa motor to almost same hogi , bas RC ki dual channel hoti hai and same Bosch ki hi hai..
@@GURITHERIDER ho gayi thik bhai, abs motor ke dhakkan khola circuit nahi kholni padi, sirf motor coil ke taraf se WD40 spray se poori carbon hata di.. ab bike ko jitni chalao, no abs failure error.. service center ne bike chune se bhi mana kar diya tha , bolte the error ayi pump ki matlab 20000 rupay ki module change karni hogi.. mereko sahi email contacts nahi mil rahe ktm ki, unko ek acha sa mail likh ke sabakh sikhana hai

srch online for carbon brushes model no- k69, but its not easy to srch it bcs not availabe anywhere, but u can buy DC motor sewing machine carbon brushes, REMEMBER dont buy AC motor brushes.
