The last line from the dad is exactly why you need to keep people's children and their personal life out your mouth. If this is about the phone keep it about the phone. You don't know what's going on in their personal family life so don't speak on that.
the mom sure didnt want to ask any questions about why her daughter's pants were off in the first place . if it was someone else's daughter then that mom would be all over the parents for raising a daughter who takes her pants off when she is in a public place .
The plantiff turned into a complete KAREN. No need to get in their personal business. I'm sure her daughter is not perfect.

When they walked in I thought they were her children. Lowkey I was wishing the case had taken a turn and the defendants won or was dismissed. Just cause she want's to be shady.
The girls mother was def being shady towards the father. The case is about your daughters phone, not the fact that the father allowed his kids to live with his sister... She needs to tell her daughter not to leave valuable items, unattended. Damn phones nowadays are the same price as someones rent!

It was an honest mistake, people tend to leave their phones 📱 from time to time. It is careless but it happens. Besides, the son was wrong for stealing it in the 1st place.

it would have been a much more entertaining case if the judge dug deeper into why the daughter's pants were off in the first place .
The plaintiff may have won the judgement but she lost in having class with that last try at a dig. She should be more worried about why her daughter couldn't explain having her pants off. The defendant was a well spoken gentleman who politely embarrassed her at the end with his truth 👏 👏 God Bless him with the village and discernment he needs to raise his boys. 🙏
