At $500K hmmmm. I wish more mono designers would figure out how to keep the gally and serving outside on the same level. Going up and down the companionway is taxing.
If that is what you are looking for you should really get a decksaloon rather than a cruiser racer like the XP44. The XP44 is designed to be a competent racer, that can be fitted for cruising when needed. Otherwise the boat is completely empty below deck. On ours we have no table, no cuishions and no doors below deck to save space and weight, the bowsprit is not installed because of the ORC rating and most of the space below deck is taken by sails. Its a fantastic boat, but its a sporting instrument, not a swimming livingroom
