In my humble opinion she's the best guitar player that I've ever seen or heard, period! Bravo, Tina S!
Agree
Normal il faut être inconscient pour ne pas reconnaître le talent de cette pépite française, mais en fait elle arrive d'une autre galaxie
Every note is on time, on pitch, and clean. Each technique is flawless, and she has so many of them. She is a true prodigy.
Can you imagine, if Tina announced she was giving a concert in Paris, how quickly it would sell out?
She's back!!!!
This "solo" was written for TWO guitars and she made it look like another day in the office all by herself.
I bought my guitar at 19. I'm now 43. I think Tina played more notes in this one video than I've played on my guitar in 24 years.
🤣
I am almost in tears how good she is. This is something that should inspire almost any guitarist out there who has a passion for any form of metal music. Oh, how sad (for us) is that she has disappeared from public communication. Hope she is happy now, whatever she does. Every of her youtube videos makes me happy.
I'm crying every time I hear her! She is a monster!
Can't wait to hear/learn that Tina is alive, happy and well on her way to come back with more eye watering performances. ..!!!!!
I've been listening to all kind of guitar music for over 50 years and this young lady is unquestionably the best I have ever heard.
Go to her you tube channel, there are lots more clips. She started when she was 6 I think and has put thousands and thousands of hours of practice into playing. It shows. Her skill, passion and dedication are apparent.
It is such a shame that she withdrew because some could not handle how good she is and trolled her.
Maybe one day she will reappear to give us more happiness. She has recently turned 21 and so has probably completed her studies.
The world is just that little bit poorer without such an outstanding talent practicing their craft.
Do you know for sure that she withdrew because people were jealous? Because I had simply heard that it was because she was at college and she's the type of person to give 110% to everything she does!
@@ar47yrr4p in have read a lot of jealous people who are looking for any excuses to put her down and for such a young girl it must be hurtful.
She was 15 here. 17 when she did Beethoven. She did a cover of Dream Theater which they used to play on the big screen during the intermission of their shows. The crazy thing is that when Dragonforce do this, they have two guitars; there are spots here where she is playing both parts.
Correction, Tina S was born in April of 1999, she posted her cover of Through the Fire and Flames in March of 2015 which makes her 14 still at the time when she did the cover, which to me makes it more impressive.
Tina S. The definition of guitar virtuose. She let the guitars dance, talk, screem, sing, smile, cry and laugh. My GOD she,s good.
Huge respect to Herman Li for reacting to Tina playing his creation and being humble about it. Saying "What could she have done better? Am I even qualified to say?" That speaks volumes in itself! Tina and her guitar are as one!!
Herman Li of Dragonforce watched her and said he knew who to call if he didn't want to play it. Ultimate respect.
She is not only a master she is a phenomenon!!!
Not only the best iv ever heard she is so beautyful to!! She rules totally rules! Wish all the best in life!!!
listening to Tina S makes the guitar emotionally exceptional! it is not about songs played by her but a part of herself that she gives us each time.
I don't think it will ever disappear from the world of the guitar because it still has a lot to give! we need her so much to feel alive.
I humbly thank her for what she is.
TINA IS ONE OF THE BEST GUITARIST I HAVE EVER SEEN, FOR SURE! SHE'S A MUSICIAN GENIUS...
I hate to diminish what she can do by referring to a movie but there is a scene in Good Will Hunting where the mathematics professor tries to critique Will on a solution to an equation and Will basically tells him to get real, his solution is correct. And then says to him, "Do you know how easy this is for me? ...this is a f*ckin' joke!" after which he proceeds to burn the paper the equation is on as the self absorbed professor panics and dives for it attempting to put out the flame and save it from being destroyed.
I think that is what Tina S. did to youtube. There were actually fools accusing her of being fake and down voting her for simply sharing her gift with us. She had enough of that. She offered her last equation to put them to shame, Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata, and after lighting it on fire and sending it out into the jungle we know as youtube, casually left the room smirking. Nicely done Tina S., you made your point.
"Do you know how easy this is for me? ...this is a f*ckin' joke!"
ruclips.net/video/HMMEEQy6pDY/видео.html
The more impressive thing about Tina is that she doesnt even look at the guitar! She is disrespecting every male guitarrist that use to do a thousand face expressions while playing LOL
Exactly!
I really think that Tina Setkic is one of the best guitarists on the planet.
I've followed her from the start on YT.
Tina Setkić, Serbian origin, born Paris, France.
Have you tried listening to Mattrach, Steve Vai, Luca Stricagnoli and Tommy Emmanuel + others like them?
@@Popcorn_Assassin. I've listen to Vai since the late 80's. He's a great guitarist, but I don't really like his style. I don't like Satriani either.
Tommy E is really great. I like him
alot.
For my taste and liking, there is only
5 guitarists that I can say is (and was) the best on the planet.
1. Buckethead
2. Haruka Noma
3. Tina Setkic
4. Guthrie Gowan
5. Shawn Lane.
@@kent-oveprestberg3578 Buckethead is the G.O.A.T
@@titanxsand2153. Yes of course he is 🙂🤘. I've even have his Gibson signature Les Paul model from 2011.
She played that so flawlessly it almost looks fake 😳...phenomenal talent ❤
As Alex picked up on she plays so clean. I mean EVERY note is clear. You can really here this when she plays repetitive passages. I mean they're absolutely identical every single time. She never misses a single note as fast as she is. And think about this too. EVERY note is coming atta that brain of hers.
Her hands are moving faster than the frame rate. Amazing
You wanted to know if any of the artists whose songs she performs have reacted to her, well, Herman Li just posted his reaction to her cover of 'Through the Fire and Flames'. You won't be surprised by his reaction.
Every time I watch this kid shred, I'm blown away how incredibly gifted she is. Amazing isn't a strong enough word.
I've listened to Tina dozens of times, whether it's classical or modern, from Vivaldi to Pink Floyd. When I see her play, it's all talent and hard work.
The fact that she is effortlessly playing both solos. Good god.
Try Tina`s cover "For the Love of God" by Steve Vai! There you see perfection and soul!
She had a top-flite guitar teacher. At age 14 (I think), she did a wonderful guitar solo on Dream Theater's, Best of Times. When Dream Theater performed in Paris, John Petrucci and the band wanted to meet her. Those arrangements were made and they met.
And she was chewing gum while she did that! I can't even walk and chew gum at the same time.
Tina S is the top 1% of the 1% best guitarists for technical abilities. Her skills are extraordinary, period. Only a handful of people on YT could maybe match her, Cole Roland, Alex5000, Bradley Hall and Dr Viosy come to mind but certainly there isn't another female that i can think of that has a bag of tricks as huge as hers with a playing style so fast and clean it's almost impossible to fathom which makes her a freaking Unicorn in the guitar world.
Lmao, me too
The difference between Tina and other musicians covering the same song is, she seems to just think about what to with the rest of the day while the others focus to not make any mistake while playing it :D
Other guitarists are performers. Tina is purely a musician. She practices until she no longer has to concentrate on how to play the piece. Then as soon as she starts playing, she can pour herself into the music and the music pours out of her. In that moment, what she looks like to the camera - or what an audience may think - does not matter. Only the music matters.
Jesus Christ what incredible playing. Living proof that talent is a thing. Definitely don't doubt the amount of practice she must have put in but being this amazing at such a young age doesn't happen with just practice.
No she's gifted. You can't teach something like this.
Watch her cover of Steve Vai's For the Love of God. Beautiful.
Hai .. bro....Tina is awesome...and super... super...super.... great lady guitarist....n high talented..skillllllll
“I had a guitar once. Not anymore.”
That look!
🤣🤣🤣
She is miracle and amazing..
Fast clear clean sound's.
She really was born for this..
Bring her back, Tina we need you, love from Sweden!
She is the definition of talent.... If you take the 10 000 hour idea to be true she would be better than almost anyone, after 10 000 hours of practice, because she was born with something you can't teach.... Talent.....
She's young and wants to stay in school and get the education she deserves and have as normal of a childhood as someone with her abilities can have... She doesn't do corporate sponsorship except for from the manufacturer of the guitar she plays and RUclips and has turned down tons of offers to join bands but so far she has remained true to the course she has set for herself and I respect her even more for the restraint and patience that she has because you know she will be a household name as soon as she hits the stage no matter who she plays with! All girl band- call them Tina S. And the Curves!
Except that Tina chose a scientific career in her Business School : instagram.com/p/CDVJ845JnIn/
Omg she played both soloist parts
I love her!!! She is an incredible talent!!!!
She is such another level!!!
She is a machine. She is perfect.
Vive la France thanks Alex Channel 🤙🇨🇵
What a wonderful talent. Perfection, bravo!
She just posted a new photo from a music session! She is back!
I have been watching this young ladies videos' for years, she is a french lady, plays a number of french manufactured electric guitars. She started playing at about 4/5 years old I believe and is classical trained. As a guitarist I wish I had 10% of her talent, she is clean, accurate, never misses a note, plays what looks like a wide neck guitar and her stretches on her left hand are amazing. She must have an amazing brain to play at speeds she achieves for a considerable time without a moment's break. She does not post videos now and we do not know why. Her followers are calling for her to return, however the time she must have committed to getting some of these songs down to the quality she achieves must have a reflection on her life and maybe she needs to do other things which is understandable. I'm sure she must still be playing, I think she will return one day.
She is off at university now, working on school, last I heard. She hasn't posted anything since 2018, and that was just a photo to her facebook, but she still had her guitar with her so we can hope she is still playing.
Hello Tina, please come back, we all miss you heaps.
Those haters are only jealous, nobody plays like you.
Cheers, Best Wishes, & Stay Safe & Sane out there.
From a dedicated fan. Ross from OZ down under.
Flawless perfection.
I'm glad you keep reacting to Tina! The next song you should check is "For the Love of God". Steve Vai himself saw her cover and liked it!
This is the thing! She's plays everything to perfection! I've been playing 30 odd years and can barely sweep pick. Ridiculous talent and hard work must have forged this young lady! Check out For the Love of God by Steve Vai.
Tina is the best and she is one with her guitar. Absolut fantastic and a very lovely woman.
Her pick hand efficiency is amazing. No waist movement.
She's like Carlsberg...probably the best guitar player in the world! Respect...
Tina s is the best I ever heard
"I had a guitar, once, and now I don't!" I'm right there with you, Brother!
At last, someone says the the truth. To play like this is a talent you are born with. People think just anyone can practice and get this good. Total fantasy.
Exactly.. There are so many areas where this true... Talent can't be taught... You can be certain coached to maximize it but that is all...
Yes indeed. Hard working is necessary but it won't raise you to this kind of altitude.
15 years old! DAYUM!
what worries me that we havent heard from her eversince for over 3 years now i hope shes ok.
Getting her law degree, probably pretty busy.
This was one of the first I heard. If you watch closely she not only looks bored, SHE IS CHEWING GUM WHILE DOING IT!! I have often said that "practice does not make perfect, practice makes permanent." The more you practice the more it becomes a part you. This, as a result becomes a natural part of her. It's what leaves that look of boredom on her face. I ran around to all my friends convincing them to hear her. As expected they stood silent until it was over. Some said cool...obviously NOT musicians. Those who did watch seemed a little stunned. Some just stared with their mouths open in amazement. I went out and bought another guitar to complete the set and hung it on my wall with the rest of my guitars as ornaments just to look at while watching TV. Tina, Please come back.
bloody amazing talent.....an angel that shreds a mean axe..
On this special one, she's so fast that It looks like a master scorer demo on "Guitar Hero", except that she does it on a real guitar. I don't even know how it's possible to be that fast and that precise at the same time. I'm not a specialist but it seems to me that she never misses a single note. In addition, she never looks the damn guitar! This is beyond my understanding.
She ate all the living legends in lead guitars
She listened to the haters on RUclips, and took it to all heart unfortunately. There is something on RUclips from one of her friends explaining why we she her no more.
Ok, I ˋll go back to praticing Nothing Else Matters...
You and me both
I’m still learning satisfaction hahah
Some said Tina was an alien sent to humiliate humans. In fact, she's just finished her engineering studies and is back playing guitar in a band.
One of the best in the world
She is pretty, she is young, and she is unbeatable.
Have you seen her covering Steve Vai? I was also speechless when i saw this...
She is amazing! Again!
This young lady was born with something you can't buy, steal or borrow and that something is talent... Even if you buy into the 10 000 hour theory she will be better than almost anyone else on earth after 10000 hours of practice because of that genetic gift.... Its like a Roger Federer in tennis or a Taylor Swift at writing lyrics
Tina is a student, she doesn't have time to pass 8 hours with her guitar!
Tina S is REALLY great, no doubt - now go and watch Junna do the drum cover - ruclips.net/video/UKr1H4Jv6is/видео.html - she has all the skill but look at the PASSION and the SMILES, so good that Dragonforce's drummer pours praise on her.
Look up Junna and Tina S together. Just watched it yesterday. Mind blowing.
These Tina S covers seem to be quite professional production videos, not any usual amateur videos. The sound quality is much better and also video is much better than usually. She is so good player that it hurts in my stomach!
At this point I notice 23 thumbs down,..........REALLY !!!! If you people can’t recognise perfection why ffs, why do you listen to ANY guitarist???
That’s the way they play guitar on planet Kobar Friggin killer You Go Girl
Most really great guitarist's have really long fingers.for her to shred like this with those tiny hands is pretty incredible!
btw i like your output, my speakers can barely take it, but when comes to tina s i blow my ears and just remember!!
Hi I've been following Taylor for about 4 years if you go back you can see a learning the guitar from when she was about 7 and they show videos of her through each year to the point where she has become so damn damn good stay safe my man
Tina S is so far beyond us!
Move over Hendrix. Tina is here for this generation.
young women in guitar and singing are light years ahead of the boys these days.. in fact .. the boys are invisible.
Yeah there's just no words I've completely run out Tina come back to us
I turned my guitar into a coffee table after watching tina
You have to see Junna play the same song :) Drum cover :) Even Gee from Dragon Force loved it. Says its the best he had heard :) go go :D
She 's every bit as good as Gary Moore & Steve Via. every frikken bit! She is absolutely astounding and Alex is correct. you are BORN with this kinda talent. No amount of practice alone could make anyone this damn good! I can only wonder whatever became of her.. how could someone even remotely close to being this awesome just throw in the towel?
she is dead RIP
Very talented young lady
Shes from france and just turned 21. Shes been putting out youtube vids since she was 12 or 13? Check her out playing comfortably numb solo. Another great guitar player many ppl dont know is ben higgins. Watch his video another 30 shredders its awesome
She does it for herself, and now studies law.
damn...she didn't even look at it.....
BTW: Tina Setkic has been born in 1999
In the beginning, the camera guy says "take one" and snaps his hands together. That guy is her guitar teacher. He said he left that part in because that was actually the first take. I think they recorded it three times but they used the entire first take without splicing any of the other takes together.
They mixed up several takes, look at her hair.
I love how she plays it like it's not shit! Got to love Tina S.
She went to Collage.
It's finish now.
If scientists and engineers created a robot or android specifically to play the guitar, this is what it would look like. I think they're still decades off that yet.
hahaha TINA is a student in a university that creates robots near Paris!
holy crap bro
I've been away for a bit and Im gonna be honest, the camera angle switch caught me off guard lol. Anyway loved it. Hoping to see Ningen Isu come up one day. They don't get much credit but they deserve it. Excited for the next one.
there are not many things in this world better than a screaming guitar
Her last video she posted was Moonlight Sonata when she was 17. I believe she stopped posting videos to attend college and focus on her education, which is great for her, i wish her the best of luck in her future, but sucks for her fans.
RIP Tina S
If I have a daughter. I only she plays like this.
You have to start young like Tina at 6 y.o., then it's easier.
Tina interview : "For me the guitar is a game."
"This is what allows me to play with envy and pleasure, without turning this game into work."
"Anyone can do it, as long as you put your heart into it."
Chewin' gum and playin' guitar..................... damn
A real guitar hero.
The only person who ever got 101% on this song on guitar hero
