Some points to be noted-
Inner lid cookers are thinner than outer lid cookers as the outer lid cookers put more pressure on it and might cause lock to become undone while inner lid cookers won't open unless pressure is released.
Stainless steel is more stronger than aluminium so they are made of thinner sheet than aluminium cookers.
S S cookers have sandwich bottom with induction capable sheet with aluminium sheet inbetween to enable even heat distribution as steel is bad heat conducting metal compared to aluminium.
