I kind of wish I could be you right now - it's marvellous when you discover a band you really enjoy and even better when that band has been at it a good while and released loads of material for you to digest. This is an amazing concert but, there many more stellar performances awaiting your attention when this one is concluded.
It's a great one, somewhere around 6 -in other words everything that isn't top 5 I can't choose between. Marco is great- more call and answer between them on Devil and the Deep Dark Ocean from Buenos Aires... Bit of an over-the-top compliment to Evanescence.
Your joy is infectious! This banger is even better when you learn Marko's (bass) tongue-twisting chorus, and can sing along! Keyboardist and composer is Tuomas Holopainen (pron: TOO-oh-Moss)...he's a genius, full stop! Omg there is so much to discover! Excited for you!

Most first time Nightwish listeners from NA hear some Amy Lee/Evanescence vibes. Tuomas (keys) is the main composer and he loves what Floor is doing with his songs.
I take the h out of chronic on purpose because it’s my own version of what cronic means. It means I will always be there, never ending, always changing and evolving. Cronically! And also yes…I do the 420!!

Obviously there were Tarja and Anette before her. And you should check out where they pounced to the whole world's map. Their early years were tough in a sense that I feel they were ahead of the time back then. No one other did these kind of songs in mid 90's. Recommend you check End 9f an Era concert from Helsinki Finland. That was Tarja Turunen's last show with this band. Everyone in band knew she was getting booted except her. So there are some drama there. Keep up the good work, and bring your fiance/GF in more often if possible.
