Смачна аджика,нагадує мені домівку. Я робила аджику сиру,перець солодкий,гіркий,часник,цукор,сіль і оцет,все змішувала по рецепту і в баночки, ставила або в холодильник,або в погребі.Смачного вам.

В селі робота не закінчується ніколи. Мабуть дуже гостра вийшла аджика - перцю гіркого багато. Теж робимо таку аджику тільки ще додаємо яблука і часник.

Bonito de se ver pra quem gosta de viver nesse lugar , eu não me vejo aí , nem tenho paciência de moer todos esses tomates no moedor de carne , sou mais um processador é bem mais rápido , sou da cidade, difícil me acostumar num lugar assim , até gosto de assistir, mas estou admirada em ver como ela vive com a filhinha . 💋
