It’s not third class quality. This is much better than many restaurants selling this for over 300 rupees per plate. Food is spilled and looks chaotic because so many people eat from day till night that it looks messy. Food looks very tasty and price is unbelievably low for Chandigarh.

@ I believe you it’s 3rd class food. It’s still good third class food and much cheaper. Here in Noida, you spend 250-300 for such food and yet it’s disgusting shit food. They don’t provide water but allowing people to eat something for 100 rupees. I’m Delhi ncr you can not get thali for 100 rupees not even in a roadside third class dhaba. I always buy 10 rupees water bottle, never drink restaurant water.
