Verizon i suugest you make addition to land lines and develop moterized blimp zipline subways with gyms and indoor pools and basketball courts at subway stations to make memberships more valuable and have buses with a carpool feature that combines all passengers stops into the combined quickest route.
In the middle of hurricane milton, everyone who has Verizon lost service while me and everyone else who have t mobile still able to be connected to the internet.

Instead they keep trying to sell me a new phone, instead of addressing the issue. If it was the phone, it would happen to all calls, not just the ones on my family plan.
Definitely can’t hear you now! Traveling internationally and service is down in Italy and I see this Ad. What a joke Verizon! I called tech and was escalated to Tier 2 support and they still couldn’t do anything except tell me to wait a few more hours and call them back to see??
