Even the slow loading, almost seeming to crash was believable, as it would load slowly as it tried to figure out "What did you do...?" before deciding "Uh... sure, this. Why not. Anti-piracy message!"
This video was made using an official copy. That's how you access the anti-piracy screen with a normal copy, hence the "You shouldn't be here" line. Normally the screen would show up as soon as an illegal copy was detected.
