Loved that this popped up in my feed! Been to Charles de Gaulle many times on my way to other places and also been to Paris but I don't buy luxury goods, I just like to look. I also don't like logo branding stuff that LV and Gucci do, it's also so overpriced for what it is. I would like a classic Dior bag one day though, they caught my eye in Paris a few years ago and if I ever want spend that much, that's what I'll get! Also fun fact, my dad was a construction worker that helped build the Charles de Gaulle back in the 60s or 70s.

One of the lovely sales associates I used to regularly purchase from used to travel with a whole spare suitcase (she put one within the other) & a half empty carry on. She said she was stopped a few times at customs & always had fun explaining she planned on purchasing her entire wardrobe for the trip either on her way, or after she arrived at her destination.

Living vicariously through you right now - my trip to Paris last year got cancelled and doesn’t look like it’s happening this year either :( in 2019 I took 5 international trips and went to Hawaii then 2020 and 2021 has been nada, I’m dying lol. Hi do you think luxury items base price are less exspencive than Paris stores, compared with items in stores minus VAT refunded?
Thank you for this video Cassie. We will be in Paris come December, that is if CDC change their travel advisory as France is now in level 4 for us here in the US. Our Paris trip was cancelled in June 2020 and this Dec is a re-booked. This video got me more excited so it's gonna be a big disappointment if we can't go again. Can't wait to see the unboxing. :)
